Make a will
You have your new home – your future is secure – now is the time to turn your attention to your dependents and next-of-kin
Now that you are the proud owner of a new property we are sure that you will want to ensure that if anything should happen to you then the property will pass to whoever you would want to have it. For that reason it is essential that you make a Will otherwise the property could pass to someone else when the Scottish Laws of Intestacy (where there is no Will) are enforced.
Hunters Residential is part of Gillespie Macandrew LLP and as such we have access to one of the leading Private Client departments in the country. Please let us know if you would like some guidance in making a new Will or amending an existing one.
Gillespie Macandrew is one of only a handful of Scottish law
firms able to offer the full breadth of legal, tax and investment
advice to individuals, their families and associated trusts and
charities.
As such, our dedicated private client team is committed to advising
clients on every legal and financial aspect of their lives. From
cradle to grave, and in many instances, beyond. In addition,
our independent financial services professionals will give you
advice, where needed, on life assurance, pensions and mortgages.
These services can also be offered as part of a fully integrated
