Advertising in the right publications, press, trade magazines and online
The Scotsman and Scotland on Sunday property supplements and ESPC - if you advertise your property in the ESPC then the chances are it will sell. ESPC sell over 90% of all resale properties in Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife. We will also advertise your property on Globrix, Prime Location and Find a property, as well as our own Hunters website, to provide UK wide exposure.

Property brochures
You only get one chance to make a first impression and that is what at Hunters we provide a small but varied choice of Sales brochure to suit every type of property but with one simple aim in mind - to engage with the prospective buyers. Every Brochure will contain an accurate list of room sizes along with a detailed floor plan, a location plan and quality photographs. In addition an "Amenities Box" will detail travelling distances to places of interest (e.g train stations and airports) and we may also include a comment from you, the vendor, indicating what you have loved about the property or the neighbourhood.
In short, everything that a prospective buyer wants to see at a glance. All of our property brochures and schedules use good quality photography, detailed floor plans, location maps and local information and are produced to a high finish. Property Videos and Podcasts
Confirming that we are keeping abreast of every new marketing initiative Hunters have introduced the Podcast a visual tour of your property, with a voice-over, talking interested parties through the most important elements of the house. Interested parties can access the podcast online on our web-site or via the ESPC web-site or even on their mobile phone using the QR Code supplied - see below. The podcast can also be e-mailed to potential buyers.

For Sale Boards
The unique shape and design of our eye-catching For Sale boards ensures that they can been identified from a distance and are easily distinguishable from our competitors. We will provide you with eye catching 'For Sale' boards and position them in the right place to attract passers by.
Our shop windows
Your property will be advertised in the window of both our offices in Morningside and Edinburgh's West End (Atholl Crescent). Our property window cards, either A4 or A3 size, are on display 24/7 enabling us to attract more buyers to your home.
QR Codes
The QR code is a specific matrix barcode (or two-dimensional code), readable by dedicated QR barcode readers and camera phones. It will allow interested buyers to quickly download your property details to their smart phones and tablet computers. We will use QR codes to market you property via our advertisements in our shop window and online.
It works in a similar way to a barcode, and will enable interested parties to:
- View your home on our web site
- View a copy of your sales brochure
- View the podcast/video of your property on their handheld device or PC
- Request a call from us
- View your Home Report >home reports explained
All you need to do is download a free application to your phone, which then allows you to `scan` the QR codes using your in-built camera. Your phone can then access the above information instantly whether or not our office is open. QR Codes can also be added to any For Sale boards that are in gardens or at ground floor level.
